Murder occured near the beach at Daytona. Police say it is one of the worst they have ever seen.

The stabbing took place during Bike Week but it is unclear what if anything that has to do with it. Could be just a random person, say Daytona Police. And if so, the killer is likely deranged, according to reports. Both victims also had their throats cut and were dragged off the street.
