Jean Robert Macean, Orlando, arrested for murder
An Orlando resident has been arrested for the murder of two people attending Bike Week.
Jean Robert Macean, 32, was captured by law officer in Orlando.

“This was one of the most brutal murders I’ve ever seen in my 20-plus years as a police officer in Daytona Beach,” said Daytona Beach Police Chief Jakari Young.
Two people were found with their throats cut and their bicycles lying near them on Sunday.

Investigators are still trying to find a motive for the murders.

Police have already described this as deranged
Police are still investigating the double-murder that occurred Sunday night near Daytona Beach.
Both victims were attending Bike Week, had left their motorcycles near where they were staying, and had ridden bicycles which were found near their bodies.
Police described the scene s one of the worst they had ever seen.
The normally tranquil beach is popular before, during and after Bike Week.
