Planning for famous motorcycle rally proceeds apace

No stopping the huge Laconnia Bike Week gathering this June 11-19.

The Brawl

News stories arose in New Hampshire after a biker brawl in front the State House in Concord.

The clubs or gangs involved dispersed before police arrived.

But, a statewide police alert was apparently issued for law enforcement to be on the lookout for members of a motorcycle group called the Knights of Sin Motorcycle Club. And to use "extreme caution."

News reports indicate a tamer Bike Week in recent years. Especially when compared to the 1990s when police made hundreds of arrests for fights, drugs and disturbances.
