Cut Off Shorts

I highly recommend cutoff shorts because on the right person, they are quite good
for our photojournalists, who prefer subjects wearing them by a large margin. They tell
me that is is solely for photographic purposes, and I of course nod my head in agreement,
however, I suspect that such devotion to this rather primitive pieces of clothing is of a
nature which I will not go completely into at the moment.
