Which just goes to show that an FBI agent will look at females provided he doesn't
have the same inclinations that J. Edgar Hoover apparently did. In which case he
would be looking at the other person on the bike. I don't even know if the guy in
the sweat shirt is with the agency. But if so, he isn't exactly blending in with
the local population.
