The scene before the party starts. This is the biggest of Black Hills Campgrounds. In fact, it's the largest on the enitre planet
for a little under two weeks each summer. This is the Buffalo Chip, which actually specializes in concerts every night of the
rally. But of course, thousnds stay here for camping as well. This scene looks off towards the Black Hills. The place has it's
own water tower, and in fact it's own well, it's own security staff, and an atmosphere that is unique enough to draw people
back every year. It's out on the prairie of the northern Great Plains.
