Halloween Day

You don't have to wait until Halloween to see the odd balls come out of
the woodwork. All you have to do is come to Sturgis for the rally and the
place has more weird people than the pretenders at any Oct. 31 party.
Except here, they really are weird, for real. This particular place is
the Full Throttle, where they aren't even half way up the scale of weirdness
compared to some of the other spots.
