I'm not sure,
but this has all the indications of a classic beer gut, which tends
to stablize the ride. There are
all kinds of folks in various stages of undress. The warmer the weather,
the more hid tends to be out, with
enough white skin to reflect a fair amount of the sun's rays back
up through the atmosphere. It is a
possible solution go global warming and can be observed with the amusement
of the science fiction fan.
