star tattoos in the darnest places. You will find them in other locations,
as well, which
can't all be published, at least here. There is no limit on where
they put the tattoos, except I would
imagine that some of the parlots where this is done must have private
chambers in order to not
work up the other customers to too huge of a frenzy as they observe
the artist in action in various areas.
