Normally this
is the norm, but in a land of bikes the police horses stand out even
to an observant kid. There is a reason that Wyoming is
the cowboy state. And that is where this is, over the state line at
Hulett where people flock on the Wednesday of the rally. It's a relaxed
atmosphere of a somewhat lose nature. People like that. And the local
authorities above don't have to do anything to get into the
Western atmosphere. Because this is the West. And people ride these
critters all the time, as can easily be seen.
