Roaming the rally with Cystal Springs Water or some other bottled water is a good idea. I haven't checked the emergency rooms, but I
would be surprised if dehydration is not the main cause of medical problems here. Many folks come from further East and are not
accustomed to the low humidity of the Plains and Rocky Mountains. It's easy to get dehydrated within an hour or two. First
symptoms are headache, being tired, yellowish urine. The only way to prevent it is to drink more water than you're accustomed to.
