It's the land of the Hustler, at least according to the sign in the background. These people are gathered on a lazy afternoon at the Buffalo Chip
before the hordes arrive come late evening. That's when the bands get ready to go, and this is one of the biggest concert arenas in North America,
let alone the rally. You can also stroll around and gaze at things, or camp, if you wish. It becomes one of he biggest towns in South Dakota
as measured by population. And you can see is all spread out as you approach from the road from the west. Watertower and all.
