A sleek pair of tights that I must say, caught my attention. This is unique, but you do see a lot of similar
type stuff. Meaning, the unusual is really the norm here. If you look like you just stepped out of Wal-mart, forget it.
You won't fit into the funky crowds that roam here. You have to get a bit of the wild, carefree, and also quite
frankly the appealing and naughty look. Then, you'll fit integrally into the herd.
