A shortage of available clothing sometimes leads to people wearing very little. In this particular case the leather studded belt
must hold up all the other threads. Not sure how practical this is in most circumstances, but it is so common in this
place that it hardly draws a second glance. Well, that's not really true, it draws plenty of looks. But it certainly
isn't unusual by any means. There is lots of this here.
