Displaying a Navy flag is part of the thing for some here. Actually, there probably more Marine Corps flags than anything else as far
as the services, with the exception of the POW flags, patches and tattoos. Anyway, this blue one flies on a bike. And in the background
are some bikers talking about what they did last night. With a backdrop of the mountains on the eastern side of the Black Hills, this
makes a classic motorcycle picture for those who come to the rally. There are literally thousands of bikes like this stacked like cord wood
along the main streets.
