Goofy

Being Goofy is all part of it here, and absolutely necessary to have the ultimate experience. As I prepare for the rally this year I remember
one time when I was so long between water stops that I got dehydrated, then rather weak, and it took me days to recover. It's harder for
that to take hold when visitors are from the East where the humidity is high and dehydration less of a problem. Out here the dry climate
drains the water from every organism, and must be replaced continuously in order to maintain the precious bodily fluids. So, consume lots.
