The amount of
cash money that goes through the system here is very large. The state
of South Dakota has
special units set up to come down on anyone skimming off the top.
In fact, if I am not mistaken, the vendors
not only have to pay taxes, but they have to pre-pay even before they
set up shop. Everyone gets a piece.
