Famous rap artist set enthrall Chipsters
Snoop Dog lined up for 2022 at the Buffalo Chip. Last appearing there in 2019.
Date: Aug. 6. That’s the second day of the 82nd Sturgis Rally.
Buffalo Chip with the biggest music venue at Sturgis, and actually one of the biggest in world.
With some bands wanting to play there for the frenzied mayhem, and to take part in music history. The notorious Sturgis Rally and all that entails.
“When we announced Snoop Dogg in 2019, no one knew what to expect. He wasn’t the traditional performer that the Buffalo Chip crowd was accustomed to,” says Buffalo Chip CEO Rod Woodruff. “When he took the stage, we were blown away! He had a huge fan base at the Chip, singing and dancing along to his long list of hit songs. It was an incredible performance.”
