Too Tame? Complaints of Not Enough Skin
A
common complaint amongst some of the old hands this
year - too tame. Fewer scantily clad or unclad scampering
about the streets and riding bikes.
The police, which didn't seem oppressive, weren't
allowing it. Undoubtedly they were following orders.
But my guess is that word came down from somewhere
higher up to back off. To let nature takes its course.
On Saturday night, bare women strolled about. One
blatantly walked the entire Drag. The police looked
the other way.

Exorbitant Price of Sturgis Brew
STURGIS
- (copyright 2002 SturgisZone.com) As the Imperial
Editor I went out to the wood shed with one of our
undercover snoops.
It seems the fool never reported on the price of brew.
On the Sturgis Main it was $3 a can, with rumors of
$4 at a few places.
The Greek meat plates with grilled onions and peppers
sold all over the strip - $7.
