So, of course all the strange ones comes out of the woodwork for this thing, the 70th annual Sturgis Rally in 2010.

All the dates for the Sturgis Rally rally for coming years have been set. But this year is the 70th, and as such will be a whopper as everyone who can beg money or ride any dilapidated machine they can get on will try to be here.
Some people shy away from the crowds, but it is the crowds that make the thing, and to be surrounded by thousands and thousands of bikers barreling down the highway is an experience that many have never had except here, and it is exceptional. Nothing like it.
The Most Bizarre
One thing about Sturgis, and this will be true in 2010, it tends to bring the oddballs out of the woodwork. While some rallys have just normal weekend riders, the Sturgis crowd tends to be more hard core, and also more strange. You'll find about everything here, in one place or another. Not that you have to partake if you do not wish. But partaking a little, does add a bit of spice to the mixture.
