So he wants to make a statement of his opinion on what is going on here, and
using these hand gestures as a method of communication which can be recognized
by some even when it is too noisy to hear anything. My trusted assistant assured me
that this is a gesture of friendship as practiced by islanders from the palm fronded
islands in the South Pacific, and is to wish someone a happy life.
