There are folks
roaming the streets at all hours, though things lighten up a bit at
sunrise,
when most have wandered back to rooms or campgrounds to rest up, only
to begin
the whole thing again. There are several reasons why by the end of
the week there are
many with dazed looks. Not the least of which is sensory overload
of a reformative
nature seen in the abundant mischieviousness of the situation.
