This is a suburban scene only if one is in the outer limits of what is customarily thought of as
normal, even for this part of the country. Where people ride about on these things to make a
statement, even though that message is nowdays a rather expensive one since these bikes
can't be touched for less than what some people take home after taxes for an entire year of
working. And so you have the conundrum of it all.
