The man and woman
are the main types of mammals who show up here. There are other creatures
to be found in these part, as well. But during the first part of August,
everything else disappears into
the undergrowth as human beings take over everything. And this is
a fairly wild environment. Mountain
lions are known to prowl around not just the outskirts of towns, but
actually on a few of the main roads
on occasion. If you're lucky, you may see one.
