Who Let the Dogs Out

You may ask Who Left the Dogs Out, but this animal is fairly well hidden and
enjoying a bit of the lime light while wearing shades and getting in a good sniff
of the strange smells every now and then. You will find quite a few canines here.
Some in cages, some riding on the seat of a bike, and not a few which are walking
the sidewalks. Cats, however, are forbidden from entering the town.
