Wild Party

In a way, this is the biggest block party to be found, with hundreds of thousands attending at any
one time. And there they will do anything and everything that can be imagined, and truthfully, even
more...things which can't be imagined and seem to spring up at the spur of the moment on out of
the partly crazed mind of some demented individual who has a creative streak and very little
inhibitions of any kind.
