Black Hills Scene

The underlying feature of this rally isn't actually Sturgis, but is rather the mountain range
immediately to the west - the Black Hills. This is actually a part of the Rocky Mountains,
the eastern most part. And it is unusual in that it has many wildlife species from both the West,
and from further to the east. Many bird species cross over here. There are also coyotes,
wild turkeys, whitetail and mule deer, elk, mountain lions, and the occasional crazed
biker wandering about in the woods.
