She has her own
version of the girls in handcuffs, as you can see if you take a
close look at the belt. Whether or not the key has been lost, I do
not know, but
these things can come in handy for various activities of all sorts,
and somehow I
don't think this is a member of the law enforcmement community, however,
probably
some people are volunteering to be arrested.
