On the street
where things happen all the time. Normally this is a quiet village.
Right now in January,
for instance, you can be in this spot and there aren't even any cars
in the parking spots. But that changes
of course, in August when hundreds of thousands decide to make this
the biggest city in South Dakota.
You can be one of the citizens, as well. All that is necessary is
to show up. Many do.
