If you look closely
you will see the lower back tattoo peaking out. It appears to go a
bit lower, as well, but I didn't
personally check that out. I'll leave that to you. These things seem
to pop out when the sun comes out, like something
growing in a garden. They're all over the place. Partially hidden
during the cooler months, they relish the sun and spring
up like desert flowers after a summer rainstorm. It's no accident
that there are dozens of tattoo artists here. And they're busy.
