Observing tattoo designs is kind of a sport here, where people don't want to be
caught doing it, for some reason. So, the object is to go along and take it all
in, but to pretend to be cool as though you aren't really looking. Except for our
photogs, of course, who charge ahead and make a spectacle of themselves
completely. It's their way.
