new structure

This new building, or rather new addition to a building, is on the main drag going
through town and was considered the hot spot last year, at least. It changes
from time to time as the moods swing and sometimes people show to places
for reasons that are unknown. Probably things are scattering out a bit in
recent years, due to the congestion.
