They use the non-leather
headbands quite a lot here to sort things out in
such a way that it will stay put even with 70mph air rushing by and
scraping
things off that aren't battened down quite securley, including personal
effects and
anything that is light enough to take off and roll down the road to
be forgotten in
the ditch alongside the roadside.
