Someone tattooed
over a good portion of the available space. There seems to be
more tattoos here every year, to the point where it is completely
the norm now,
not just some kind of a weird fringe thing. And in fact we'll have
some photos
later on that took place at a tattoo contest where people showed off
their
tats and then were judged by a panel.
