Frilly

Some of the frilly clothing that becomes a part of the scene here as the temperatres rise very high and there becomes a need to expose
various things to keep one cool, and also to draw an inordinate amount of attention to one's self on a stroll down the street on any
given day. The styles don't come from Paris, nor in many instances from anywhere that is famous. But that in it's own way is good
because there is a certain originality. Much of it is average, to be charitable, but occasoinally something really ingenius shines through.
