It looks like
a Southwest decor with the cactus bandanna and the fluorescent flowers.
Lots of bikers come here from the dessert states. Biking is
quite popular there. And the ride up is a natural one. It just gets
colder here in the winter. You can notice this quite easily by the
foods
here. There is lots of Southwestern cuisine of all kinds, from tacos
to Coronas. And all kinds of hot stuff, which is popular with most
of the biker crowd. Personally, I think it helps do well during the
hot summer weather to have plenty of highly hot food at all times.
