She is wearing a tail of some kind. It looks like the fur of one of those rare African beasts, the artificial fiber critter that inhabits
K-Mart during the off season. These types of animal parts are quite popular here. I've seen more of them here than anywhere
else, with the possibility of high school bleachers and sock hops. One can be a fox or any other type of critter than one wishes,
so long as the proper papers for rabies vaccinations are in order. And no snapping at the crowds, either.
