A bit of culture
is not such a bad thing when one is surrounded by others who take

barbarity. Here, a rider who could well be from a Paris fashion show.
He has the look of cultured sophistication.
Some of the other types here I cannot always say that about. But it
lends itself to the overall
diversity of the crowd, and the philosophy of 'live and let live.'
