Just everyday folks, some of who happen to wear undies around in broad daylight in front of thousands of people who crowd on the streets.
Perhaps she forgot the rest of her garmints. And since the weather is warm, what the heck. There is a certain amount of freedom here
that you won't find in the rest of the area, come rally time. You can get away with quite a bit, and after awhile, it doesn't even draw a
second look. Kind of a libertarian's dream-land, you might say. So, if this is the kind of things that appeals to you, then you will
have found home when you come here.
