One can be half naked or scantily clothed and barely attract any attention here. Well, that's not entire true. You may attract a good deal of attention,
but no one will think anything of it. It's normal. And for some people it's a great deal more fun than being dressed in mukluks and roaming the mall
in search of more clothing that one obviously does not need when the tempertures hover into the 90s and the only real way to cool off is to
let the wind slide past the bare epidermis and cool the interior parts of the anatomy. This is how one keeps cool where huge numbers gather.
