Hispanic

Some of the Hispanic Culture is meshed in with various parts of the rally. You can see it in the number of bikers from the Southwest. And
the food often has a tendency towards the more spicy and flavorful fares of the open road on the SW portion of the United States.
It seems to be a natural coridor up to Sturgis from Texas, Arizona and New Mexico. There are lots of bikers who come up for the
rally. Getting away from the hot dessert and plains, and into the cool mountains with the pines and fresh breeze from
Canada. Good change of pace.
