Many pleasant
people here have a delightful time, and are a pleasure to meet. And
while it's true that you will certainly run into the occasional
grouch, for the most part people get along amazingly well considering
some of the more trying circumstances, heavy traffice, often hot
temperatures, and some rather long days. There is a certain code that
still goes for many bikers, that when someone is in trouble,
they stop to help. There are legions of stories about this in Sturgis.
One guy this year got a 200-mile ride after his bike broke down in
Wyoming. Others even get loaned money. It's common.
