Well, this may not be weinerschnitzel afterall, it may some sort of Greek cuisine of some sort. I don't know for sure, but I can say
that it is available all over downtown Sturgis. All kinds of grilled things are stacked about in the stalls, with the aromas wafting
up and down the street. People fork over cash for it. And apparently they spend quite a lot, because the rent for these
vendors in the prime locations is fairly astronomical. People also have a few grilled vegetables like these peppers and onions.
