Full Throttle at Sundown

With any luck, things will get completely out of control here later
on. The wildlife begins emerging from the woodwork at about
this time of night. The coolness seems to stimulate large
gatherings of humanoids who desire to have a very good time.
This of course, is the Full Throttle, home of the evening party.
