Standing Around at the Full Throttle

The Full Throttle works well during hot afternoons because there are
plenty of places to get out of the sun. These visual points allow one
to take in all the people, some of whom are weird, which of course
makes for a much more fulfilling time. The strangers the better,
I always say.
