Notce the sign
in the background proclaiming the official meat of Sturgis, which
is quite appropriate here. People lots of smaller animals, and some
of the
bigger ones too, especially cows. So, the bovines are knocked off
in
large numbers to supply the ingredients for hamburgers and for
the steak houses which are very full this time of year.
