Once upon a time there were men who boarded ships and sailed about
the Carribean and the southern stretches of the ocean blue in the
New World. They occasionally hoisted the black flag and came down
upon unsuspecting vessile which lied helpless before them. With no rules.
And today there is also that attitude in a few places.
