Making change

This is the driving force in the rally, in my opinion, at least for many
it is the underlying power - money. There will be a lot of people here
who seek to seperate you from the contents of your wallet. The staff
of the various establishements, though, are not of that type, though,
so treat all nicely. A skeptical mind when it comes to purchases
will save you a lot of mullah.
