Biker in Leather Vest

This guy has an OFOPOS patch, and I don't have the slightest idea what that is,
but someday I will. Probably somebody will email me. The tendency is to
roam about and soak up the atmosphere here to such a degree that it
overflows into the cold winter season, where it is then used for very
fond memories.
