Sight Seeing

You can look over there and see the stuff that you didn't expect, which goes on
pretty much round-the-clock, though the heaviest concentration of strange people
occurs in late afternoon and toward evening, where there actually is some howling
at the moon if you can hear it above the steady roar of bikes going all over the place.
